Lunchtime

French onion soup at Tamboers Winkel today. I like to think I’m a bit of of a FOS expert having tasted it first when I was 15 in Paris, & many times & visits to that city & elsewhere thereafter. This was so- so. A bit bland- would have liked a crusty cheese on top & a chunky slice of baguette on the side.
